Designed for most standard three and four-ball tennis cans, with an adapter ring to accommodate different can sizes. Use with pressurised padel or tennis balls in a compatible can.
Supplier-rated to pressurise the can to 14 PSI in approximately one minute, with approximately 100 uses per full charge. Actual results vary with use. Can pressurisation time is not ball recovery time.
Press the power button to start or stop. Press the vent button to release air before opening. Charge via USB-C with a 5V/1A supply; fast charging is not supported.
The warning light flashes for a leak and stays on for a low battery. The charging indicator stays on while charging and turns off when fully charged.
Free UK delivery — estimated 7–10 days.
Delivery to the UK is free. Estimated arrival is 7–10 days from your order. This is an estimate, rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
Check your delivery address carefully when ordering. If an order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us with your order number so we can review it.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos or video showing the issue. We’ll review it and arrange the appropriate replacement, refund or return. This reporting request does not limit your statutory rights.
A clear process if something isn’t right.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos or video showing the issue. We’ll review it and arrange the appropriate replacement, refund or return. This reporting request does not limit your statutory rights. Photos or video help us review an issue, but are not a condition of exercising your legal rights.
Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If they do not meet these standards, UK consumers normally have 30 days after delivery to reject them for a full refund. After that, rights to a repair or replacement, and where applicable a price reduction or refund, continue under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. A statutory fault refund is paid without undue delay and within 14 days after we agree you are entitled to it.
For UK consumer online purchases, you can cancel without giving a reason by telling us within 14 days after the day you receive your order. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. You may inspect the product as you would in a shop; handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning may result in a deduction for loss in value.
We refund the original payment method, including any standard outward delivery charge paid. We do not charge a refund fee. Refunds are made without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence that you sent them, whichever is earlier. If we agree to collect the goods, the deadline is 14 days from notice of cancellation.
Contact us for return instructions and the correct return address. For a change-of-mind cancellation, you pay the direct return postage cost. Keep proof of sending. A request for instructions does not restrict your right to cancel by any clear statement.
You can send a clear statement that you wish to cancel, including your name, address, order number, the goods ordered and the date received. A model notice is: “I give notice that I cancel my contract for the sale of the following goods.” Add those details, the date, and your signature if sending on paper.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights. The 14-day request for reporting an arrival issue is not a deadline for exercising rights relating to faulty goods.
A simple routine. A secure fit.
Designed for most standard three- and four-ball tennis cans, with an adapter ring to accommodate different can sizes. Use with pressurised padel or tennis balls in a compatible can. The adapter must fit and seal correctly; this is not a universal fit. Do not use a visibly damaged can, adapter or seal. Follow the supplied instructions and do not modify the device.
Press the power button to start or stop the pump. Always press the vent button to release pressure before opening. Keep the sealing ring in good condition so the cap can form a proper seal.
Use the USB-C port with a 5V/1A supply. Fast charging is not supported. The charging indicator stays on while charging and switches off when fully charged.
The warning light flashes to indicate a leak and stays on for a low battery. Stop and check the fit and seal if a leak is indicated. Follow the supplied instructions before using the device again.
Use with pressurised padel or tennis balls that still have sound rubber and usable felt. Pressure storage cannot repair damaged balls or worn felt. Supplier-rated to pressurise the can to 14 PSI in approximately one minute, with approximately 100 uses per full charge. Actual results vary with use. Can pressurisation time is not ball recovery time.
